Two hours, at the bar.: Roughly half of it on milk and steam, half on the pour. You work on the machine we use every day, not a demonstration rig.
Thursday, Friday or Sunday afternoon.: Afternoons only. It is the quiet stretch after lunch, the one window that does not compete with the morning. No Saturdays.
From two, up to twelve.: Private sessions only here, so the bar is yours for the two hours. Tell us the number when you ask and we will hold the room for it.
Not here. Single seats are sold on the public classes. See the dates: Private sessions start at two, so a single seat has nowhere to sit here. The public classes run to a published calendar and take individual bookings.
A$110 each, groups of two or more.: Payment is arranged once we have agreed a date. Nothing is taken on this page.
Shop 8, 1 Nagurra Place, Rozelle.: Just off Victoria Road. Frequent buses stop nearby, and there is street parking on the surrounding streets.
No cancellations. Free to reschedule up until 3 days before the class.: Tell us as early as you can and we will find another afternoon for you.
